Bought my wife a vintage Omega bracelet watch circa 1960 but are a little confused that the strap is embossed with Lucien Picard ? Anyone know of a collaboration between these 2 watch makers during that era?

 

The strap isn't original to the watch. (is that bad grammatically?).
