Looking for information on a 90s Constellation

I offered to help my dad go through his basement, and help him list his things on ebay. And during this process we came across this watch (and a few other Omegas), which he purchased for his father c. 1999.

We're trying to figure out a value for it, as he would like to sell it. But I don't know where to begin. I'm having trouble finding the serial number as well. Can anyone here give more information on this particular watch? Thanks for any knowledge you can share as I am an absolute newcomer to this field.

Try reference number
396 1201

Thank you @Peemacgee - that is what I needed! I am having trouble figuring out a price since some of these reference numbers are listed at $800 for all stainless and some are at $1,700. Ours has gold, but not the full gold bars. So I am guessing it would fall somewhere in the middle? I just don't want to overprice because of uneducated estimates.

I can only repeat the good advice of @X350 XJR
Look for identical examples of your watch on sites such as eBay and research their sold prices (not asking prices)
BTW, as a tip, in the watch game 'all stainless steel' watches may actually fetch higher prices than those with a gold plate/SS combination.
If there are solid gold sections on the watch, this may add a value.

Best of luck.
