Is there a good re-lumer in Europe that can color in some hands on a vintage 166.024 . I am trying to help a friend to make his Seamaster look even better . He has a dial but want to make the hands match better .

I am located in France and offer relume service using only Genuine Super Luminova and able to offer custom colour mixes etc. I can also adjust the "lume" i.e. Glow to the level you desire, from the bright glow of Super Luminova to little to no glow for the vintage look, the choice is up to the customer.
