Looking for an independent watchmaker in Youngstown or Pittsburgh

I have a constellation that needs a service. Bought it on chron024. Seller said it winds (it does). I opened the back to confirm that it is authentic and it seems the balance has low amplitude. I used a timegrapher app on my phone and it says I am losing 120 s/day. I am looking for a watchmaker that can handle this and has experience. Thanks in advance.
