So I want to get a new watch with the following criteria:
- not too big about 39 - 41 mm, 48 mm l2l max
- very komfortable (like with a bracelet with quick adjustments)
- from a brand with rich history (read no micros, no Kickstarter etc.)
- preferably with a white dial (my collection lacks one but that is no must have)

Howzabout this?

I thank you guys for your additional suggestions! I ordered a SPB143 today. Should even arrive before Christmas! I never bought a watch that quickly and am very exited!

While I would certainly support the SKX series here, especially with a ceramic bezel upgrade, I would also suggest:

An Aerospace Titanium.
40mm in the A/B/F75362 iteration. Should be achievable within your budget and is light, comfortable, distinctive, more than fulfis the heritage requirement and is also available in a white dial version.

Robust, yet classy.

Win, win.
