Huh, that is a neat reference, I've not seen that before!
I'd probably suggest just making an ebay saved search and biding your time. Alternatively, there are quite a few vintage dealers around that could probably help you find one, though you'll obviously pay a premium. Its a rare enough reference in the 1st place that finding a good one with a blue dial is going to be a heck of a search.
EDIT: An alternative is to BUY one of the 'bad shape' ones and spend the ~$600+ to get it 'restored to like new' by Omega. You'll lose the originality, but it'll be perfect.
