Here’s my 167.005 with its seven row BOR. I agree with Janice&Fred that while this model came with a leather strap, the bracelet was always available as an option from the dealer. SkunkPrince, just curious, if the stainless steel BOR is, as you say, “less inappropriate” for the stainless steel 167.005 and its use was not intended for this particular reference by Omega’s designers, then for which reference(s) did Omega intend it to be used? Can you post the tables to which you refer in your responses?
Your watch is absolutely beautiful. The gap inbetween the endlinks and case would drive me insane though. No disrespect intended!
I will be selling my bracelet

Yes, my 1976 Speedmaster Professional with its 1171 bracelet and 633 end links does the same thing. It’s not that big a deal. Here’s another photo:

That type of fit issue can generally be mitigated to some extent with some fiddling.

Exactly. It generally only shows a gap at a certain angle. Most of the time it’s a snug fit.

The endlinks are generally quite thin, and can deform over time with wear. You (or your watchmaker) can bend them back into shape to make them fit appropriately.

I am far from an expert, (as my stats on the left will indicate) but as an onlooker and someone who just bought a connie as well, I like this! Digging its style is the most important thing in order to avoid buyer's remorse and personally, I really really like the simplicity of this piece (and the beige dial). I am not a man of bracelets myself, but of course, you do you (though I have to say, the bracelet on your seamaster calendar is quite nice). Cheers to your new addition! I can't wait to see it more spruced up after a cleaning on the connie showoff thread. May it serve you well!

By the way, that bracelet on the Constellation looks like the correct bracelet for your Seamaster.

You bought the watch to wear right? It looks good. It has been polished, but not too much. If you wanted a piece that had an untouched case you would need to pay another $400-$600. I think it is great, looks good on the strap! Now let's see that BOR on the Seamaster. I think a 5-row BOR in a fat-lug Seamaster is a great look. I agree the dog-leg lugs are too fine for the 5-row.

Cool thank you 😀
Yeah I don’t know if the end links will really fit too well but will try tonight 👍

I’m at work now and it’s at home but I’m fairly sure it said 11...?
