Longines still returns original parts.

    $800 more or less for a Longines enamel dial from the Longines factory. And they give you the original one back.

    Hefty service price, but maybe it's worth it on a piece like that. Wear it in good health !

    That's good to know! Do you have any experience with their work on cases? One of my gold watches has a nick on the case and I wondering if it is more sensible to send it to Longines or someone like ABC Watchwerks in LA.

    Not my watch, it’s up on Chrono24. Date on invoice is November 2017. Just wanted to point out Longines repair practice. My 13zn, similar experience, sent me all the old parts. Also took better part of a year like the person on Chrono24.

    They did an incredible job on that I saw it earlier today!

    Prepare to wait a year.
