Longines Legend Diver - off the wanted list

Thought I'd chime in. Never had the LLD but always wanted it badly. Really, really badly. What stopped me from pulling the trigger was the realization that my Steinhart Ocean One vintage that I owned at the time had the exact same measurements (42mm diameter, ~51mm lug to lug).



My wrist is 17,5 cm (according to Google that's 6,89 inches). After a year with the O1V I finally admitted it looked clownish on my wrist. And so, like the OP, I scratched the LLD off the list.

It doesn't look clownish, it looks good @Mr.Cairo.

^those were the only pics I could retrieve, they're flattering. Anyway, there was some serious lug overhang. Or perhaps it is because I'm used to ~36mm watches 😁
