WITHDRAWN: my wife saw it on the table and indicated she would wear it - the first time that happened...

This is a ladies Longines watch. It is small in size but with a wonderful art deco dial and hands. It would make for a striking watch.

Case: 25mm x 16mm. It is solid gold but I cannot now recall the percentage (I think either 18kt or 9kt) - the hallmark must be on the inside. The case has wire lugs. It has the serial number 527xxxx, putting the manufacture at 1934. The case shows wear consistent with age and use.

Crystal: The crystal is flush to the case and may be original.

Movement: The movement runs. While it appears to move to the setting position, it does not easily set the time - it doesn't seem to engage cleanly to do so. It is due for a service. It is an oval movement - possibly a 12.15.

Dial and Hands: The dial has a wonderful art deco pattern. I am not schooled enough to know whether it is a redial or not. The dial shows some discoloration around the outside of the right side and the top left but is otherwise looks mostly clean.

Crown: I expect that the crown is not original.

Strap: The strap provided is woven cloth with non-original buckle.

Price: 70 USD plus shipping to you at cost with USPS.

I purchased a watch recently where the seller provided the watch at a fraction of the retail value and included a very expensive service. I would like to pay it forward. If you are interested in any of the watches I have for sale, please do make me an offer - I will do my best to accommodate.
