Longines Hydroconquest - no date version?

I find the Hydroconquest to be a stunner of a watch. I really like the large numerals, except why don't they offer a no-date version? At least I haven't been able to find one. The small date really throws it off.

It’s the numerals that keep me thinking about buying this Oris (don’t mean to hijack the thread)

Agree that it’s a great piece and wears really well, but Lomgines love their dates.

That Otis posted above has a more subtle date placement IMO. Very nice piece.
