Longines Flagship 30LS: Missing "T" Lume & Radium

Hi,

Thought to ask if anyone knows why these 30LS movement Flagships (from -59/-60) are missing the "T" or "T T" lume markings?

I have seen this in quite many of those models, so I'm finding it unlikely them all having wrong hands or being re-dials. Are they really using radium?

Radium. Tritium wasn't widely used until several years later. Flagships can also have lumed hands and un-lumed dials.
