It seems to have some sort of Longines design shock absorber? http://xxhttps://www.ebay.com/itm/324590705520 seems to be a similar movement dated 1943 but doesn't have any shock absorber?

A shock absorber for the balance staff? This was common on Longines' waterproof watches and chronographs beginning in the late 1930s.

Just FYI, the watch that you linked to is a mess. The case has fake markings and the dial has been poorly refinished.
