Longines cal. 340/345 winding stem

Can someone verify that the winding stem for cal. 345 is the same as the one used on a cal. 340. My watchmaker is having difficulty finding a replacement stem for my 1965-1966 Flagship cal. 345. Would any cal. 34x stem work on a 345?

According to Ranfft both movements use the same stem. 340, 345.
