Simple and elegant describes it perfectly. What size is it?

 

On par with most vintage at 35mm.

 

That strap would go very nicely with a pair of black croc leather double pluggers.



Seriously, it's a toss-up between the dial or the movement, they both take simplicity and beauty to another level.

Beautiful watch. I think the 30Ls are some of the best watches of their era. Wearing my 402 today in fact.

Can a 7855 crash the party? 30L 1967 invoiced to Binda in Italy according to the most excellent archive service at Longines. All sorts of very understated dials with minimal, yet subtle differences.

 

I really like the simple dial. Lovely movement. 30L is definitely on the top of my list

Like it was never really worn. Still haven't found the right strap for it though.

 

Besutiful watch. This straps looks nice for it, isn't it flat gray croc? Oxblood and green croc vintage straps also go well with gold, it's more lively than black. But this seems to fit the bill nicely.
