As far as I can see, the case has been polished before. Second hand (if zoomed in) looks croocked somehow but movement looks clean. I would say it's quite overpriced for the watch.

I'm not quite sure about the redial, because Longines was quite inconsistent in its placement of SWISS MADE, but I agree with Rincondeltiempo that you could find one at a better price, possibly at half that if you were lucky. Good luck with your hunt!

 

I lean to the redial faction, style and condition not quite matching year 1959. Overpolished. Quite expensive for what it is.
