If you Google «longines ref 6115» you will get some examples to compare with. I don`t see anything wrong with the case (apart from being heavy polished) based on the blurry pictures provided.
There doesn’t seem to be any special reason to believe the case is not original to the watch. its main problem is that it is gold plated, therefore it might be worn in some places, and it’s hard to see on the pictures. also if you ever wanted to resell the watch you mightf find it more difficult to do so than with a steel case or a solid gold case because collectors tend to avoid the gold plating. So it’s all a matter of whether you like it and whether the price is reasonable.
