I have this beautiful gold watch. It's fascinating to stare at, but I can never bring myself to wear it outside the house, so... here it is, so that it may have an owner that can show it off! From 1953 (or so), a fine caliber 23z in 14K yellow gold. This was a Dennis-whopper not long ago, and I was lucky enough to sneak it into the lot of his collection he sold me about a year ago. This baby has amazing, sharp, dog-leg lugs. Beautiful condition. The finish on the lugs AND the 33mm YG case appears perfect. I can't find a blemish. Do check out the photos closely, there's only some rare swirlies, no dings or scratches that I can find, except a very hard to see (or photo) dinky, shallow scratch on the mirror-like case-back. Unblemished crystal, the dial appears perfect, although the hour hand may have a tiny bit of corrosion as seen in the first photo. I can't see it at all without magnification. I don't have any pictures of the cal.23Z movement, but she runs fine, keeping good time. If necessary, I can have my watchmaker open the snap-back case for a photo. I'm not about to try it myself and risk the first scratch! I will warn you now, however, my watchmaker already wants to think he has dibs on this watch, so... Comes on the black crocodile-like grain with yellow gold-colored buckle seen in the pics. $775. Includes continental US shipping to confirmed PP addresses, or bank wire. Sale is final, unless I've somehow erred in my description. If you'd like additional photos/angles/doodles, then just ask.... Thank you for looking!
