Live from Kabul - Help with Afghan Seamaster 600 136.011

Hello everyone!
I'm quite ignorant about watches, despite a fond interest. I am currently in Kabul, and looking around I have found some of these Omega Seamaster 600 with Afghan army markings.
I've seen this one which looks in decent condition, but I am a little puzzled because I have never seen this dial and hands combo. To be fair I don't even know if seamasters do come with this dial!
Could you advise? And any idea on a price?

Like many military watches, these (the real ones) would have gone back to a service centre for repair re-condition.
Not much care was paid to retaining absolute originality and many parts were exchanged during bulk servicing.
There are issues with this one, but probably like so many other "genuine AA watch" in that area.
Do you have an picsw of the caseback inside and out?

The only way to get a cherry would be if an Afghan Army officer "liberated" his issued watch early on and kept it in a sock drawer.

The dials not original, it’s has been refinished.

The only thing original on that watch is the movement, and that is missing a case clamp.

It’s a parts watch and worth no more than $100 in that condition.

LOL. There is something called inflation. Would love to find a parts watch like that for 100$. Granted the 601 is pretty basic. I probably have twice that in some job lots parts I am sorting through.

One can never trust outside case back marking as anything can be written. Repainting dials was legit up to about 15 or so years back. This dial does not look to match the case. What we do not see is the inside of the case back where all the info is.

What you have is a fantasy watch.
