This forum has unearthed a number of interesting cooperations - Universal Geneve watches made like the Benrus Sky Chief etc.
Now this.... "Lip Universal Genève"? IT's consistent with the 18k French eagle head hallmarks.
And we know Lip distributed Swiss brands such as Blancpain.

They could have centered "LIP" over the "Automatic" a little better, don't you think? 🤔

I recall reading a thread where UG borrowed a LIP movement...

Yes, he is. He's trying to ear if the ciger does the right amount of crackle. Too much crackle is a sign that the tobacco is dry and no crackle is a sign that the cigar has too much humidity... Knowing listening to cigars is a dying art...
