From the listing: "The remaining #1 limited edition are at the Omega museum in Switzerland"

I guess there was more than 1 number 1. Or something.........

It was listed at 2999.00 last week.

I sent the seller a ebay message asking how he weas so lucky to acquire #1. Here is his response. I may have to jump all over this, what an amazing find. ::facepalm1::

    New message from: edisplay (93[IMG])
Was a gift to my brother in law who worked for a diplomat in the West Indies. For showing superb work ethic he was awarded this as a gift. He wasn t aware of it s value as he thought its just a regular watch. I wasn t aware of its value myself. Thanks for letting me know.

I sent him a reply telling him how lucky he was to have found #1 and I thought it should fetch at least 10K. Then he relisted it at 5K. what a bargain.

I sent him a message as well telling him i was just in Singapore and came across his exact watch where all the serial numbers were 0001. These were all replicas mind you and the local market street was filled with number 1 of xxxxx

Of course number 1 would be of little value, you want number 007 :whistling:

Imagine that, another number 0001/5007 caseback in my possession. I was given this by a buddy whom was in the National Guard and got these for 10$ each in Kuwait. All replicas have serial number 0001 image.jpeg
