·The star has likely twisted due to dial degradation. You can see the degradation going on around some of the markers. My Constellation has the same egg shell dial/markers and came to me with the same ‘wonky’ star issue (now corrected). The patina around the markers is common with this particular egg shell dial (approx 1959) whether Constellation or Seamaster. The star is an easy fix for a competent watchmaker.
