I think they’re commonly referred to as “golf ball” dial.

This thread, which I started, is making me regret every honeycomb dialed vintage Omega that I've ever sold. :whipped:
I still have four honeycomb dials and two hobnail dials in the collection, but I must acquire more. 😀

I have one waffle dial and s couple of others with interesting textures. Not sure if they qualify but here they are anyway:
Longines 14k manual wind

Not sure what to call this texture,
sort of like woven gold:

These two probably don’t belong
here but they have interesting dial treatments
definitely hope to add some like are on this thread to my collection
