I was able to snag this from my AD right before the John Mayer induced craze began last year.

A silver-dialled crisp YG 16238 from 2002. I do feel the 5-digit DJ is an underrated and oft-forgotton reference in this seemingly never-ending Sports-craze (which, don't get me wrong, i also love..)

Here's one I have had for approx 3 years now, an early DJ 3605 with smooth bezel and champagne dial.

Isn’t this a classic and beautiful dress watch? 18ct 750 gold case, mid-1990s Cellini 5112, manual movement calibre 1602. The beauty is in the simplicity.

Gold sub. I bought this when I retired 3 years ago. My employer wouldn't give me a gold watch so I got my own.

Great philosophy. I try to reward myself regularly, including birthdays. You always get what you want......

Yeah, they laid off all the Oracle guys when they changed systems. I got a year's salary in severance and I was retirement age, so that was that. I don't miss that job nor the people I had to deal with. Long story....

I The unofficial standard mark under the case lug matches the unofficial standard mark in the case back as indicated by the arrow. I have never seen this mark represented as officially of official Swiss origin.

I believe that Assay mark is legit....

Here's one step up (or down depending on your tastes) with the bling bling bling.... all factory parts and a rare jubilee on DD.
