Maybe its better to post your requests at enicarforums.com guys 馃榾

my latest aquisitions:

First, one of the probably oldest Enciar Automatic watches. It has a AS 1250 Bumper movement and runs like a charme.

Second is a 40mm Sherpa Diver 600 with bakelite bezel. I like the wabi sabi look a lot. True Toolwatch 馃榿

And last is a one of a kind watch. A Pre Production Sherpa Star Diver. Allready with saphire crystal in 1968/69 and a huge 43mm case. The dial was a test dial and didnt made it into the later production model.

Whats your favourite of these three?

The new Enicar case arrived this afternoon. And the dial fits it. My inner Enicar now has an outer Enicar. Now I need to find a movement that fits the dial feet. The case is marked 120/021 so I guess that is where I head next down this rabbit hole...

Picked this up yesterday. 1968 Mk III. One owner from new. Had to use the bolt & super glue trick to open the back.

May I kindly ask which watchmaker/reluming expert still uses Tritium for such kind of restorations?

Best,

The watch is known as the Admiral and a different GMT approach. Most of these came from Italy, so maybe they were sold there primarely. My wife is wearing mine very often and she says that the only watch, people at work ask her about.

Ok I wonder how long they made them, I would鈥檝e thought that they鈥檇 be a mid sixties design

Picked this Sea Pearl up at a local auction, love the champagne sunburst dial and the vertical indices, I鈥檓 guessing this is from the mid 60s. Has cleaned up nicely and a leather strap is on its way. The crown is obviously wrong (not sure what it should look like), and it appears to be missing a bezel but I鈥檓 guessing the chances of finding the correct bezel are slim. Never mind, I like it as it is, and it adds another brand to my small collection 馃榿

My latest arrival. First Exec Enicar Jet Graph with rare blue dial in prestine condition. Of the 500 build first exec. watches, around half of them had the blue dial. Most of them had the same fate as a lot of blue dial omega watches, where the blue flaked away. Common problem of the paint of this time. Glad I got this from the son of the first owner, who was an engineer on an oil rig in the Northsea.
