There are so many spectacular sunset images here that it's hard to know what to post that adds something new, but here goes:-
This is the "Schwebef盲hre Osten鈥揌emmoor" an electrically driven hanging ferry-bridge over the river Oste in north west Germany. It was built in 1909 and is over 20m high to allow windjammers to pass under. The sun was just starting to go down and I thought it would look far more interesting in black'n'white.
A lucky snap of the sun clipping the top of the St Petri Kirche in Buxtehude (the north German town where dogs bark with their tails).
And finally my Frankenbike; an old hand-made Dawes mountain bike re-tasked as a single-speed something-or-other. The frame, headset and crank were re-built by Norwid; an awesome little bike shop in a barn in the middle of nowhere specialising in made-to-measure hand-made bikes.
Now come on, you don't own Historic Scotland.........do you????? 馃槻
Even better, I contracted to them over many years so had the pleasure of working in many properties and areas that the general public never get to see and even got paid for it 馃榿
Wondered what the commotion was in the house a few minutes ago, turns out that after a pretty bleak miserable day we have a sunset 馃榾
Can't remember ever seeing anything like this in a very long time.
iPhone 6S zero enhancement, just wish I had cleaned the windows today 馃檨
