··Melbourne AustraliaI don't remember seeing a Connie dial with "Chronometre" + "Officially Certified" in the lower dial, usually only "Constellation" and the star.
The "Omega" does not look correctly centered to me.
The notch on the dial at 3 could be a redialler's index.
The serial number is also very early for a Constellation.
I'm doubtful, wait for other Connie experts.

··Oooo subtitles!Don’t hold too much faith in the notch theory. I’m sure I’ve seen Al say it can’t be relied on as I think he said he’s seen original dials with and without notches. And likewise redials. That said this one does look fishy. If it is legit, it must be very early with that serial. A pic of the balance might be useful to check it’s a straight 352
