Hey ya'll
I've been hunting for a 1940s ww2 era omega to add to my collection and came across this patina dial that i find beautiful. I'm considering buying this watch and would love to know if it is legitimate. The dial looks genuine and have been trying to solve the puzzle. Are all components original or not?

Dial: appears original although the "omega" may be painted, i cant tell. The seconds markers match the us army ref 2179 but the numbers are all straight. Font matches too.

Hands: the hour and minute hand have a sharp syringe shape, more so than the couple other similar examples I found. They are also darker than I would expect, unless they're blued like the British RAF hands but also have lume. Lume appears redone. The second and minute hands reach the outer diameter of the seconds markers very nicely, seeming legit.

Movement: the seller says the case can only be opened from the crystal but has not done so to take photos. It is listed as running. I know, I know, can't see the movement phot then why bother? My gut tells me its fine though (cal 302T). If everything else ends up true then I'll continue to assume.

Case: no military markings on back. It actually looks like a snap back case to me. Gut is telling me it was recased.

Crown: No idea lmao
