Last year, Michael was involved in a terrible skying accident, where he suffered severe head trauma (he's in recovery). The accident had raised the interest by collectors on the watches that bear his name, so grab this one while you can! Brand and Model: Omega Speedmaster Legend Series Reference: 3507.51.00 Body: Stainless steel Bracelet: Omega 1620/887 genuine 20 mm bracelet. Currently fitted for 7 1/4 inch wrist, 3 additional full size links included as shown. This band does not use half links, but a clasp with a 2 position adjustment to achieve the same result. Dial: Omega Legend white / red / black dial (Reverse Panda). This dial is beautiful and very rare, very similar to the Speedmaster Broad Arrow Rattrapante edition, with is very expensive on the used market. Strong lumen as shown. Crystal: Sapphire Body Diameter: 42 MM. Serial number on body, matches warranty cards and movement (covered on pictures for privacy) . Movement: Caliber 3301-B self-winding chronograph with column wheel mechanism. (The 3301-B movement was the latest iteration of this movement, which later evolved into the 3313 with the addition of the coaxial escape feature. 3301-A movements had its issues originally, which were corrected by Omega on warranty, but they were all resolved with the 3301-B iteration.) Officially certified chronometer, rhodium-plated finish. Geneva waves, date function. Power reserve of 55 hours. Case thickness: Approximately 14 mm. Case Back: Stainless steel with red "Michael Schumacher The Legend Collection" factory inscription. No custom engraving. Included with watch: 1620/887 20 mm bracelet, 3 extra links, manual, all 3 cards (pictogram, warranty & chronometer, with matching serial numbers; serial numbers covered for privacy) , inner red Omega leather box (good conditions), outer white Omega box, red card wallet. No leather bands are included in the sale. Conditions: - Watch head is in very good conditions as shown. Would rate it above 95%, few swirls and small marks as shown on pictures. 1620/887 bracelet in very good conditions as shown. -The watch was sold by AD December 28, 2011 based on its International warranty card. I understand had never been serviced, as had its red dot present when I purchased it. The watch no longer had its red dot present as had my watchmen install a different set of genuine Omega dial and hands (from a Broad Arrow Olympic series Speedy, reference 3556.50.00), which was later switched to the original set. The last 2 pictures shows the watch look with the Olympic dial and hands set on steel band and on black leather, the extra dial and hands are still available and could be added to the offer for additional price upon request of the buyer). No actual work on movement was done during the dial and hands swapping, just removal and re-installation of hands and dial plus the pressure testing. - Keeping time accuracy of -4 / +6 seconds per day, so within COSC standards. -All dials and functions work as they should, all dials re-set to zero.
