Hi, I have decided it was time for consolidation! So I will put for sale a few watches I like to have but do not wear that much. Here is a very nice American cased Lecoutre with a cal. 480. As you can see on the pics, the condition is excellent. I include in this sale the leather band I put on it and the metallic band I was told was original to the watch when I bought it. I have no proof of that, but it can be true because it fits nicely the watch and has the same color. A personal remark: I like a lot this watch, which is perfect for rather small wrists like mine. But I do not like that much the way it fits on the wrist because of the lugs and the leather band - the watch kind of stand out and do not stay close to the wrist. I think this watch is supposed to be worn on a metallic band, but I do not like them. Be aware of that if you are interested by this watch. I serviced again the movement just before putting it on sale. It works great! Very good amplitude (300-250 at full wind), law delta over 6 positions (around 16 seconds at full wind), around + 2/+5 sec per day. The beat error is still a bit high (0.8 at full wind dial up, a little bit more on some other positions), but it is not really an issue. More details upon request.
