LCPR eeissue

Longines are growing on me. As others have said a lot of the vintage classics are great designs and cool movements. Still looking for a steel 7171 w nice hands and no re dial or a nice flagship 1304 or 104 . I have even toyed w the re issues of flagship and conquest. The sector dial evidenza is very elegant.
It seems the brand has been positioned by the strategists as a heritage specialist - not the most cutting edge movement but great style and classic design.
I just saw the launch of a power reserve. For me it is a fail. Design seems too relaxed and dial looks unfocused compared to the original. Case is flabby and no applied logo or gold indices at this price point makes it a rip off to me. Hands are nice. Interested in what others think
