UPDATE #2: Got the phone call from OB. They informed me that Service Center confirmed that my bezel was misaligned, and that they have realigned it properly. The tantalum piece that was not sitting flush with the crown will be ordered, and I should receive the item in a couple of weeks. Service Center confirmed that my pip is GREEN. They stated that it was just not as obviously green as it should have been, but no change to the pip.
Since it will take a couple of weeks to receive the tantalum piece, they are going to ship the watch back to OB, so that I may pick it up and wear it again.
