I'm sorry to hear and I can imagine how sad you feel the watch must be returned , however at this price point it should be perfect. Hope it will be resolved soon and correct!

I don't quite see what the misaligned issues are in the red circle .. Can you clarify?

 

So .... I looked at mine. I don't have either issue unless I'm not looking close enough. I also have a sub 50 numbered watch. Hope I'm not missing the something?

 

If you look at the Sedna Gold bezel insert, and look at the tantalum ring it sits in, you will see that the pip/arrow is slightly to the left of where it is supposed to be. It is supposed to be symmetrical, but on my watch, it is not.

@chacrakhan, yours appears to be in the proper position. Compare your watch to my photo, and you should be able to see the alignment issue with the bezel insert.

 

OK I see it now. You mean it's not aligned with the scalloped edges. That would be annoying once you noticed it.

UPDATE #2: Got the phone call from OB. They informed me that Service Center confirmed that my bezel was misaligned, and that they have realigned it properly. The tantalum piece that was not sitting flush with the crown will be ordered, and I should receive the item in a couple of weeks. Service Center confirmed that my pip is GREEN. They stated that it was just not as obviously green as it should have been, but no change to the pip.

Since it will take a couple of weeks to receive the tantalum piece, they are going to ship the watch back to OB, so that I may pick it up and wear it again. . That's it for now!

That is interesting that they said the pip is green. I wonder the application process or amount used affects the color perceived.. I did read the article on the superluminova site that the human eye finds it harder to perceive the green ..

 

I doubt it's green! Omega said mine was blue and offered to replace my Bezel. @Omega-Q has the same issue!

 

AD has informed me that it is indeed green. I'll dark room it when I get the watch back. We'll see...

 

I never knew it comes with a massive special box.
It reminds me a bit of hublot box with paneral crown guard.
And the watch itself looks stunning with the expensive materials on.

 

So I finally got my watch back from OB. Bezel is fixed and I finally put the NATO strap on. I am digging the look!!! Thoughts?

Service center said green, but that it was a close to blue. In my opinion, they couldn't tell. When I look, the Hour hand is clearly blue and the minute hand is clearly green. All hour markers appear blue to include the PIP! The iPhone photo may not show it as well, but take a look!
