路Epsa-cased super compressors come to mind immediately. They came in a 40mm version, in many different flavors.

路Oh there are plenty. Especially chronographs, but time only threehanders too (https://omegaforums.net/threads/vintage-jumbos.121390/). Just think of the 44mm CK2309 that's considered large even in today's measures.

路Most divers are 38mm and bigger and plenty of chronographs also, simple three handers are way more exclusive to be bigger than 38mm but they are out there. Crazy expensive if they come from a sought after manufacture!
