I was wondering if anyone could identify this Omega. Model number or name, year made, etc.

Hi Oliver. The reference number for that model is 511.221 and it has a caliber 62?. I can't see the details in the picture of the movement because it's out of focus. If you can see it, on the top right portion (above the silver gears) is the caliber number - just under the Ω symbol. Also, the year is easy to determine by the serial number, which is an 8 digit number on the triangular shaped part on the top left of your photo (the piece to the left of OMEGA). If you can tell us that number we can tell you what year the watch is from.
