Ladies omega. Please help

Trying to find any info about this watch. Can't find anything online or anything that looks similar. Only thing I know. Lady who owns it. She's near 100 and her late husband bought it when they first got married... so maybe 1950-1960s. Could be later as she has forgotten.

Looks like a ladies jewellery watch from about 1950s era, possibly in solid gold with "bark" finish.
Can't see any hallmarks so hard to tell what it's made of. Do you know what country it was purchased in?

Thanks.. I'll give that a read. Bought it in Las Vegas in the early days or canada ( home ). She said it was solid gold.

maybe 14 or 18kt. MAYBE. Could also be gold filled. Any markings at the clasp? If not. Take to a watch maker or jeweller to remove the back and see what’s inside. Maybe a reference number and a gold marking if any
