That includes all the 3D print files, detailed instructions and what you need to order. 99% of the parts you can buy individually on AliExpress, including the electronics. The only thing I had to buy elsewhere was the stepper drivers and MDF for the base.
A member here @GuiltyGear is designing, from scratch, a really nice looking cleaner. If you haven’t seen it already he writes about it in another thread. It is called the Turbulator.
