Has anyone ever heard of JWATCH in NYC? I believe the main watchmaker is a lady named Jamie, and she also has another watchmaker working with her. I've only gone to them for minor things, like making sure my watch is properly regulated and pressure tests... but I'm going to get my crystal replaced with them.
