@Alpha - you have hands down some of the nicest Smiths/J.W.'s I've seen on the private market in a loooooong time. Heaven help my poor pockets if you ever break out a 34-36mm...

Someone got a lovely watch.
I have always wondered though, why give a watch at retirement when they aren’t going to be working for you anymore as opposed to giving one at the time of hire to make sure they get to work on time.

I like your thinking - those like me, with lots of entries on the resume could expand the collection at our collective employers' expense.
