I actually got this as a present over a year ago, and have been wearing it everyday since. I don't know much about it, it's just an old constellation, possibly a 1365 Caliber, and would like to hear more about it if anyone knows. Looks like it's an 80s model.

As others have noted it will say on the caseback the exact model. There are a lot of variations in this time period, and the Omega online archive is nowhere near complete for this time period.

There is no escape from opening her up if I really need to know the model it seems, but that is really the closest i've seen.
