Regarding the 1039, that's part of the charm with vintage watches; you often can't just nip out and buy the part or watch you want.
Usual avenues are the for sale section here, ebay etc.
Just bought my first watch. Pre moon speedy. Want to thank everyone here for the help

Be careful and don't just buy the first you see. 1039's have a mixture of solid and expandable links. I believe a complete bracelet has 10 expandable links in total; 6 on one side and 4 on the other (where it attaches to the clasp). These are sometimes lost.
