Just bought a 7970-3 Ultra-Chron Diver (fixer-upper)

I’ve had a soft spot for these for a while, and whilst I prefer the more standard case version, I bought this project watch for a bit of fun. I need to find a second hand, a correct signed crown, probably a new crystal as it’s crazed through, and I’ll need a movement service too. It looks like the rotor perimeter weight has come free, and there are probably other issues too. Are parts readily available, or is it better just to get a complete donor 431 from which to harvest parts ?
