Jeffersonia info for Seamaster Cosmic

I picked up the Omega Seamaster Cosmic at an estate sale a couple of weeks ago for very cheap money. In searching for exactly what I had, I see it has the Jeffersonia dial with crosshair. In searching this forum, there has only been a few instances of this. The pictures make it look more worn/beat up than it actually is, but it definitely needs a cleaning and service and strap. I didn't find examples of this dial with the same numbers on the back 135016.
I am seeing an Omega shop in late Sept, but I'm curious as what date this might be from. I assume it's fairly rare and that doesn't always mean value, but what might this be worth? I'm planning on keeping it and wearing for sure. Thanks for any info

I’ve never heard the term Jeffersonia. I assume it relates to the numerals?

The case is pretty terrible so I assume a value around 150 of your chosen currency.

Production year it's from around 70'. You will have to open and check the serial number..

That case looks a little worse for wear… and I can’t imagine that bracelet has helped the lugs.
i think this is a slightly smaller case version (as it requires tool 105 not 107) but someone with more knowledge will be able to better inform you.
Cosmics came in a vast range of dial designs, I’d say ‘rare’ is probably pushing it, but accept this is one of the more uncommon variations.
