Is there anyone on the planet who can remove a JBC end piece from one strap and put it on another. I want to get the end piece off the bottom bracelet and onto the top bracelet. Possible? Is it a job for a silversmith?

 

It may be possible, but the risk is that as soon as you open the tabs to remove the end piece the metal will work harden and may crack.

If it was done carefully and only just enough to remove it and re-install it, it may be fine, if however the tabs are opened fully, good chance that the metal will crack.
