ISSUE: clasp and bracelet different letters?

Noticed on my recently purchased railmaster (from well-reviewed but non-authorized dealer on Chrono24) that the three letters on my bracelet and clasp (that seem to refer to where it was manyfactured), are not the same. Bracelet has HIA and clasp has IIA. I have not found any examples online of this being the case. Any thoughts or reason for concern?
