Oh well..
Overpainted Omega Geneve (century) dial, never seen that, with what looks to be a chapter ring slapped onto it.
Seconds hand is probably Omega, the others are wrong or badly painted.
All of that in a Seamaster Cosmic case
If crown is not pulled, it also seems like an awfully long stem.
Pretty bad example of a Franken / Zombie watch. Nothing "original" about it. Just some authentic parts slapped together mixed with other stuff. You should question your friends intentions..
On top the pictures don't really show some of the important features.
