    Hello!

Thinking of buying this online. It says everything on it is original from circa. 1958 apart from the strap, .and that it has been serviced this month. It is from Portugal. Seller has excellent feedback. Thoughts please?

Gold cap is worn through to steel on the top lugs ( not favourable to most ) which is over polished or excessive wear

    Price would help us also.

Thanks that really helps. It is on auction at the moment and seems to be getting a lot of interest. I was thinking of paying upto £250 GBP / $350 USD for it.

The watch looks even nicer if you can get it for that price ;)

I'd go for it at that price.

It is way too polished for me. Trust me, even if you don't mind it now, it will eventually get to you. At least that was my experience. And when they are so polished, it is harder to sell them. I'm not sure if the crown is correct either.

I wouldn't buy from a seller who thought that placing an opened watch on some grass is sensible.
