The dial is repainted and the hands are not correct. Other than that, I can't say from that photo. There could be some authentic Omega parts.

Ref 2175?

Hands are likely correct and original, dial just incorrectly refinished.

The dial has been rotated counter clockwise. I suspect the dial feet are broken off, I very much doubt if it is a product of Omega. More information needed in order to be certain.

Do you know ref number of case similar to this but with 3 notches on the back, like longines tre tacche? I've seen it somewhere but there were no ref numbers inside case back.
