The dial looks good to me. Not sure the hands are original though as the minute extends well beyond the minute track. The case looks quite heavily polished.

Everything is bad about that watch - redial, overpolished case, and poor movement condition.

Polished to the point of the springbars sticking out? That's bananas.

If some corrosion from the air on winding wheels means a movement is in 'bad condition' - I don't know what you consider good. Wow.
