Dear Forum,
Question Number 1, Is this watch a good buy? What do you think? It looks ok to me, but I would like se advice if possible as I am new to watches.

Question Number 2, I am about to buy an Omega Speedmaster from 1989 (pictures below), but I would like to have it serviced as it appears that it has not been serviced before. The problem is, I have recently moved to Singapore. The watch is coming from Italy. Does anyone know a reputable watch shop that can service it here in Singapore? or should I ask the shop in Italy to send it to one in Italy? (Florence area). It appears that I have to avoid going to omega direct, but since I do not know anyone here or in Italy it seems it is the least risky option.

Thank you in advance!

Is that bezel correct for an 89? Should it have a DNN 70?

For the OP, what is the asking price and are you buying it from a dealer or individual seller?

The bezel insert does not seems to be the correct one. Watch looks good but without price hard to give advise

4000 USD. Is this a frankenwatch? I am not sure about the hands too.

What do you mean about the bezel?
Ok, I checked the link you sent. Does this mean that the bezel and the hand were replaced? They look like luminova hands.

Buying from a dealer

I am not sure about the hands, but the bezel looks replaced.

$4,000 is an ok, but not great by any means. IMHO there are better deals here on the forum.
