Early/mid 70's dial with rest being much later. Can't see much of the bracelet but the links are the later 633 versions so the bracelet might be 1171/1 but the would be seen on the inside of the clasp.

 

Looks like an early 90's 3592.50 with newish hands. The dial looks correct for the reference.
